Cards are issued by a regulated bank partner on a major card network, and your money is held at that bank. BlueSpend is the software on top: the controls, the coding, and the reporting.

How we protect your data

• Role-based access— people see only the cards and data they should, scoped by role.
• Least privilege— our own team runs on least-privilege access, with audit logging on sensitive actions.
• Continuous monitoring— we watch for fraud and anomalous activity around the clock.

Controls that prevent loss

Limits, merchant locks, and category rules are checked at the swipe, so out-of-policy charges never clear. Lost a card or lost a staffer? Freeze or cancel instantly — no call to the bank.
