Building the tools that power Democratic wins

BlueSpend exists to put modern financial tools in the hands of the people working to win Democratic and progressive campaigns. For too long, the teams driving change have run on shared debit cards, shoebox receipts, and a spreadsheet reconciled the weekend before a filing deadline. We think that is backwards.

So we built a card program for our side of the aisle: cards for every staffer and vendor, controls that hold at the point of sale, and reports that build themselves as you spend. We only work with Democrats and progressive organizations, by policy, not accident.

What we do

We build the card program that campaigns, committees, PACs, and unions count on to move money and stay compliant. Our cards and controls make it easy to give every staffer spending power without losing control of the budget, and our automatic FEC and state coding turns a deadline scramble into a review-and-file.

We scale to the largest coordinated campaigns and stay simple enough for a first-time, volunteer treasurer down the ballot. And because we make our money from card fees rather than charging you, the whole platform is free to use.

What we believe

• We only work for one side, and we mean it. No Republican committee, vendor, or consultant will ever hold a BlueSpend account.
• We win when you win. We make our money from card fees, not from you, so we only profit when the platform is genuinely useful.
• Compliance is the product. Every feature exists to get you to an accurate, on-time report.
• We keep campaign hours. When spend has to clear before a deadline, a real person who has run a program picks up.
• Every dollar matters. We treat committee money like it is the last dollar before a filing.
